      CUSTOMERS - General Tab / Statistics Tab

      Customer Upload to Webstore / Reporting options / Definable Fields

      GENERAL TAB


      • CheckBoxCheckedBlue Upload to Web marks this Customer to be included in a mass upload of Customer information to your web store
      • Reporting
        • select Identification Type for tax number
        • enter tax number
      • User Defined Fields - Spire built in
        • Customer type - categorize your customers with the ability to further identify them with a text and / or colour code - this label may be changed in Company Settings > Variables > Customer User Type 

        • Misc. -  information that displays as a yellow field in the Sales Order Header as 'Notes' - the label of this field may be changed in Company Settings > Variables > Customer Misc.

        • Special Code - internal identification which is not linked to any other function in Spire but which can be used in Filters, Searches, and Reports
        • Reference - internal identification which is not linked to any other function in Spire, but which can be used in Filters, Searches, and Reports

      • View total sales from Accounts Receivable Last Year / This Year / Next Year
