create a filter for this list - click on ![](https://cs.geminilogic.com/hubfs/image-png-Aug-30-2022-12-52-13-44-AM.png)**Filters** - choose **Any** or **All** selector - select from the list of fields to set the criteria - select from the operators ie: ‘is one of’, ‘is not one of’, ‘does not contain’, etc - this operator list changes based on the field selected in the previous step - enter or select the criteria information - - - - **Save as default** - this filter will be active whenever viewing GL Accounts - **Remove default** to remove the previously set default Filter - **Save filter** if you are making changes to a previously saved Filter -
