Understand what the different Inventory Status' mean

• Active - available for use within all Spire functions
• On Hold - trying to use this Inventory item on a sales order will result in this error 👉
• Inactive - item will not display in browse lists from a Sales or Purchase Order
  • added option to set User Settings to not see Inactive records in the main Inventory list
