INVENTORY - Sales Tab

View open Sales Orders and Sales History for this Inventory Item

• Orders sub tab  displays all open sales orders for this item
  • Refresh to load any invoices that may have been posted since last refresh and that may not be displaying on this list
  •   Sales Order Items List Filters / Search / Customization - see Inventory - Access / List Functionality
  • Export sales details in Excel or CSV format- see Export
  •   Edit any Order listed will full module functionality (see Sales Orders)
  • Sales Order List Context Menu - right-click on any line(s) in the list to display

• History sub tab displays a list of invoices for the current Inventory item, from within the date range the system is set to retain
  • Refresh to load any invoices that may have been posted since last refresh and that may not be displaying on this list
  •   Sales History List Filters / Search / Customization - see Sales  List Customization
  • Export sales details in Excel or CSV format- see Sales Orders - Export
  • View invoice(s) selected 

• • • Edit non-financial information (User Settings permitting):
      
      • PO Number
      • Reference No
      • Salesperson
      • Territory
      • Ship Via
      • Carrier / Ship Date / Tracking
      • Line Item Description
      • Bill To Address
      • Ship To Address
    • Print / Preview / Email the invoice (see Sales Orders - Reports)
    •   View Transaction to see how this invoice effected the General Ledger (User Settings permitting)
  • Print other reports (see Sales Orders - Reports) on all or selected invoices
