**![](https://cs.geminilogic.com/hubfs/image-png-Sep-05-2022-12-39-00-21-PM.png) Refresh** - load any new Production Orders that may have been created by another user since the last time data has been refreshed and that may not be displayed - **Production Order List Customization** - **![](https://cs.geminilogic.com/hubfs/image-png-Sep-05-2022-12-39-06-29-PM.png) Filters** - create a filter for this list - click ![](https://cs.geminilogic.com/hubfs/image-png-Sep-05-2022-12-39-10-11-PM.png) **Filters** - choose **Any** or **All** selector![](https://cs.geminilogic.com/hubfs/image-png-Sep-05-2022-12-39-16-12-PM.png) - select from the list of fields to set the criteria - select from the operators ie: ‘is one of’, ‘is not’, ‘Next x days’, etc - - - - **Save as default** - this filter will be active whenever viewing Production Orders - **Remove default** to remove the previously set default Filter - **Save filter** if you are making changes to a previously saved Filter - select ![RadialButtonBlue](https://cs.geminilogic.com/hs-fs/hubfs/RadialButtonBlue.png?width=16&height=16&name=RadialButtonBlue.png) **Company** if it is to be accessed by all users accessing this Company data - **![CheckBoxCheckedBlue](https://cs.geminilogic.com/hs-fs/hubfs/CheckBoxCheckedBlue.png?width=16&height=16&name=CheckBoxCheckedBlue.png) Save column state** if you have removed or added columns, or have sorted the list by one of the columns - **1.  Open** - ready to process, inventory items are not yet committed - **2.  Pending** - waiting for go-ahead, inventory items are committed - **3.  In Progress** - production has started, inventory items are committed -
