SALES ORDERS - Selling Accessories

Where one or more items are typically sold together with another item

• establish the link in Inventory
  • open item you wish to sell the accessory(s) with
  • click on the Accessories tab

• • enter or browse for the accessory item
  • identify the Unit Quantity to be loaded onto a Sales Order when you sell one of the parent item
  • continue to add unlimited Accessory lines
• Show options dialog on orders (on) to present Select Options list when the Inventory Item is added in a Sales Order:

• Show options dialog on orders (off) - Accessories all get added to the Sales Order, but each one can be changed or removed in the Sales Order itself
• when the quantity of the main item is changed either on the Sales Order or in the Select Options, Spire multiplies the Accessories by the Unit Quantity established in Inventory setup
• Save or Save and Close or   Save and Create New
• enter the item in a Sales Order - accessory will automatically be added into the next line, with the Quantity multiplier established in setup

• Delete parent item line presents the option to delete Single Item (parent) or Group (Parent and all accessory lines)

• Delete  any Single Accessory item if not required on this order
