select the run method: - - **Print** - select the Report and establish the following **Report Settings**:  - **Printer** - **Paper Source** - **Duplex** option - # of **Copies** - option to **Save Defaults** for the above settings to be used next time that report is selected for printing - **Email** - **Setup** - establish Company Settings (see [Company Settings](https://cs.geminilogic.com/en/manual/company-settings-email)) - establish User Settings (see [User Settings](https://cs.geminilogic.com/en/manual/user-settings-modular-access-preferences#UserSettingsEmail)) - alternatively, just type email address(es) in the **To** box (separate additional email addresses with ‘;’) - accept or change the **CC** and **BCC** recipient(s) default as set in User / Company settings -
