How to correct On Order and Committed quantities

If ‘Committed’ and ‘On Order’ quantity values on Inventory items are displaying incorrectly in Inventory Details, this utility will re-calculate from open Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Production Orders, Adjustments, and Transfers, to correct them.  This utility also allows dis-allocation or re-allocation of Serial or Lot Numbers.
