  • option to first set a FiltersIcon Filter to establish which Purchase Orders will be Exported (will export exact records / column layout / colourization / sorting) - see PO Filters
  • click Export
  • choose the location File name, and Save as type it is to be saved in
     
  • Save
  • option to Open File right away to view or make any changes
