- Phase tab displays tracking information on transition between Phases that have been established for this Purchase Order (see Purchase Order Phases)
- User Defined tab allows addition of custom fields for use in filters, searches, forms and reports (see User Defined Fields)

- Job tab - allocate revenue / expense for the entire Purchase order here (see Job Costing)
