Vendor Status options explained

  • Active - available for use within all Spire functions
  • Inactive - eliminates this Vendor from browse lists in all modules and functions except in the Vendor module
  • CheckBoxCheckedBlue On Hold - trying to use this Vendor on a purchase order will result in this error - Order will not save until another Vendor is selected
