COMPANY SETTINGS - Sequence Numbers

Manage Sequence Numbers from all areas of Spire

Establish numbering conventions for all areas of the system and change the sequence if desired

Customer No - used for auto-numbering new Customers - enter a starting number to activate this utility
G/L Transaction - option to change the next number to be used
EFT File Creation No sequences files created in AR and AP EFT batches
Payslip No - used in Payroll when Direct Deposit is active
Direct Deposit No - to auto-number the bank file created
Purchase Order - option to change the next number to be used
Vendor No - used to sequence Vendors for one-time payments in Accounts Payable

Inventory Adjustment - used to track all Inventory Adjustments - option to change the next number to be used and to pre-pend with a defining letter
Inventory Transfer - used to track all Inventory Transfers through the Adjustments function - option to change the next number to be used and to pre-pend with a defining letter
Inventory Count - used to track adjustments posted from a Physical Inventory Count - option to change the next number used and to pre-pend with a defining letter

Invoice - option to change the next number to be used
Sales Order - option to change the next number to be used
- option to identify this type of order in Sales Order lists by a specific colour
Quote - option to change the next number to be used
- if left at zeros, Quotes will follow the Sales Order sequence
- option to identify this type of order in Sales Order lists by a specific colour
Number Sales Orders by Type - option to prepend orders by type for easy identification
- Booking Order - option to change the next number to be used (option to identify this type of order in Sales Order lists by a specific colour )
