Create an Archive of Accounts (Users), Media (pictures and attachments), and Reports, along with the data for the selected company into a compressed file, so all these can be restored at once. This is an alternative to creating Snapshots (data only)

Access - Tools > Server Administration
- create an Archive

- select the Export tab
- Select Options - click on items to be omitted from this Archive:
- Accounts (Users)
- Media (pictures and attachments),
- Custom Reports
- click Create Archive
- an Archive zip file will be created in c:\ProgramData\Spire\Snapshots, with the date and time the Archive was created, as part of the file name
- restore from an Archive

- select the Import tab
- click Upload Archive File to locate and upload the Zip file

select from the list of previously uploaded Archive files and click
Restore

- once the Restore process is complete, it will create a new database ID, populate all data and other included files, and appear in the Companies list
