      Kitted Items

      Kitted Items will assemble and relive on all its components when it is committed on a Sale Order where the quantities and costs of the components roll up to the top item.

      • Setup the Inventory Item
      • Select Kitted Inventory Type (Save)
      • Add Components
        • click on the newly created kit Components Tab
        • add Components from your Inventory  list by click on +Add or clicking into the grid to select the Inventory items
        • Accept or change the Description
        • Identify the Unit Quantity  being used for one kit
        • Spire will display information from Inventory Details
        • Choose from existing Units of Measure
        • Open Inventory items to view/change
        • Select Show Options  Dialog on Orders will allow users to modify Kit Components  on a Sales order and break out quantities, prices and costs for each component. 
        • In the Select Options
          • Flag which Component Items are to be inserted, or Select All
          • Opt or not display /ion to change Quantity on each Component
          • Note Total of Extended Price for all Components Listed
      • Sales Order Options
        • Click the chevron to expand the Kit to view all Components or > collapse
        • Toggle Kit Components - to display/ print or not display/not print  the kit components in the Sales Order or on any forms and to remove the expand/collapse chevron.
