Transaction reconciliation flag has an unexpected value.
For the 'Transaction reconciliation flag has an unexpected value', this usually takes place when there are two users doing a reconciliation on the same account.
The most common way to resolve is to uncheck the checked items in the reconciliation window and do a save-and-close.
Before you may wish to make a note of the checked items intended for the reconciliation, unless the client is aware of them and can recheck them easily.
Recommend trying this in a Test environment first.
- 1) Go to General Ledger, Open account xxx
- 2) Click Reconcile
- 3) Unselect ALL by clicking the top-left checkbox
- 4) Click save-and-close to save current (unchecked) list
- 5) Click reconciliation again to reopen it (all transactions should be unchecked)
- 6) Select transactions you want to reconcile
- 7) Click Post"
