CUSTOMERS - Add New

Add a Customer manually / using Copy / using Import

  • Add New Customer in one of 3 ways: 
    1. Manual:
      • from the Customer List window click New
      • enter a unique Customer No using any characters - or set the system to auto-number Customers - Company Settings > Sequence Numbers > General tab > Customers - enter the starting number
      • fill in Customer Name and information for each tab as described in the other Customers sections
      •   Save or Save and Close or Save and Create New
    2. Copy:
      • from the Customer List window, select a Customer
      • click Copy
      • enter new unique Customer No using any characters - or set the system to auto-number newly created Customers in Company Settings > Sequence Numbers > General tab > Customers by entering the starting number
      • make necessary changes in the new popped up Customer record to information in each tab as described in the rest of the Customer sections
      • Save or Save and Close or Save and Create New
