General information fields / annual CRA reporting

User Defined Fields

  • Notes - contents will appear in the Purchase Order header for this Vendor:

PurchaseOrderHeaderNotes

  • Buyer - this information displays on all new Purchase Orders for this Vendor, by default
  • Reference also an internal reference field, can be used for sorting in Filters and reports


Reporting
  • select Report Type for CRA reporting
    • 1099 for non-employee compensation
    • T4A for taxable income from pensions, retiring allowances, annuities or other income
    • T5018 for subcontractors in the construction industry
      • The Contract Payment Reporting System (CPRS) is regulated by CRA and requires construction businesses to record payments they make to sub-contractors for construction services and report them at the end of the year
      • set the Identification Type
        • EIN - Employer Identification Number
        • SSN - Social Security Number
        • Business Number
        • Social Insurance Number
      • set the Identification number
