Customer List Functionality

- choose Any or All selector

- select from the list of fields to set the criteria
- select from the operators ie: ‘is one of’, ‘contains’, ‘does not contain’, etc - this operators list changes based on the field selected in the previous step
- enter the criteria information (ie: VA - Inspire Health Systems warehouse)
- if desired click
to add a line of criteria
- to remove the criteria line, click
- make any column adjustments (see Column Customization)
- select

- Save as default - this filter will be active whenever viewing Customers
- Remove default to remove the previously set default Filter
- Save filter to save changes on a previously saved Filter
- Save filter as… will allow you to name the Filter with the following settings:
- give this Filter a name

User if this filter will be used by you only

Company if it is to be accessed by all users
Show in module list to display beneath the module name
Save column state if you have removed or added columns, or have sorted the list by one of the columns

- drag the Icon Group to where you want it

- drag and drop columns for preferred positioning
- right-click on any column heading to list to identify which columns you wish to see in the grid
Column Sort / Search - click on any column heading to sort the list by that column

- further narrow your search by just typing (you will see the typed letters in green) and the list will highlight the closest match, in currently sorted column

- type any character(s) into this field and the list will narrow to only records containing the character(s) typed, somewhere in the Customer record
- Open a Customer record and use the Navigate buttons
to page through Customers in the list, filtered or not filtered, in order of the current column sort (see Column Customization)

Edit Customer

- from the Customer List window scroll to select Customer(s)
- click
Edit - or double-click customer line(s)

- if you are editing multiple Customer records, only multi-edit options will be presented:

- make necessary changes
Save or
Save and Close or
Save and Create New
- option to Update any open Sales Orders with changes made to fields in the Addresses tab

Delete Customer
- select customer(s) from the list and click
Delete (will not delete if there is an AR balance or AR / Sales transactions)
- select customer(s) from the list and click
Print select from these reports (see CUSTOMERS - Reports for more information)
Copy the details of the selected Customer into a new Customer (see Customers - Add New)
Email the selected Customer(s) from the List - see Customers - Email
Mail Merge the selected Customer(s) from the List - see Customers - Mail Merge
- Customer List Context Menu - select any line in the list and right-click to launch:

Contacts
- view all Contacts from all Customers in one place with ability to
Export this list (Filtered or un-Filtered) to Excel
Open Related Customer record
