PURCHASE ORDERS - Phases / User Defined Fields / Job Costing tabs

  • Phase tab displays tracking information on transition between Phases that have been established for this Purchase Order (see Purchase Order Phases) 

  • User Defined tab allows addition of custom fields for use in filters, searches, forms and reports (see User Defined Fields)
         


  • Job tab - allocate revenue / expense for the entire Purchase order here (see Job Costing)
  • alternatively, enter the Job / Job Account No in each PO Items line:
