View Sales History information for posted Sales Orders in one of 6 places:
1. Sales History Module from the module list:

Refresh to load any invoices that may have been posted since last refresh and that may not be displaying on this list

View Invoice(s) selected from the filtered or unfiltered list (see Filters) with these options:

- PO No / Reference No / Salesperson / Territory / Ship Via / Bill To Address or Contact information / Ship To Address or Contact information / Carrier Info / User Defined Fields / Equipment No / Service Info Reading type / Job Account
Print / Preview / Email the Invoice
Open Customer to view / edit
Show Tax Breakdown (USA)
View Transaction
Copy the Invoice into a new Sales Order
Reverse the Invoice as a reversing Sales Order
EDI Invoice to send the selected Invoice(s) to file if you have your Electronic Data Interchange Integration set up
access to Communication tab allows user to Add or Edit Communication entries

Open Inventory to view / edit the line item selected
Toggle Kit Components - view components of the Kit item selected (see Inventory Kits)
Show UDF - view the User Defined Fields data and structure for the Sales History line selected (see User Defined Fields)
- data in these fields can also be made visible in the items grid by right-clicking on any of the column headings for the list of available columns and putting a checkmark beside the UDF:

3. Sales Order > Sales History tab that displays posted invoices (for more information see Invoicing and Batch Invoicing) for all items for the Customer on the current Sales Order, which offers two subtab views:
- Items tab for detailed view and the same functionality as the Sales History module with the following additional functions:

Order Items Only will narrow the list to show only items that are on the Order currently open
Add To Order - will add selected item(s) to the current Sales Order
- Invoices tab gives you a summary list, with functionality explained above:
