ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - Details
Process, manage and view AR Transactions and balances
Navigation arrows take you through AR Accounts on the list, filtered or unfiltered
Save /
Save and Close any changes made to the Accounts Receivable record
Open Customer to access or edit any details (see Customers - Add New)
Apply Finance Charges to this Customer (see AR Finance Charges)
- Open Items tab
Refresh to load any Customers that may have been created since last refresh and that may not be displaying on this list
- Open Items Column Customization - see Accounts Receivable List Column Customization
Print from the selection of available reports (see Reports)
New Entry - see Accounts Receivable - New Transaction
Apply /
Unapply
- if you flag items in the list, the
Apply icon appears for you to link those items together, which results in a group ‘Balance’
- to
Unapply items that have been previously applied:
- click
Show All to view these closed transactions
flag the transaction you wish to Unapply from the parent transaction
- click the
down arrow beside
Apply and select
Unapply
- note the Unapplied transaction now carries its own ‘Balance’

- once the Refund Cheque transaction (will display as Debit Memo) has been posted, it can be Applied (linked) to another transaction

option to place any transaction(s) on Hold so that no other transaction can be linked to it, including a payment- Hold can be overridden only by Users whose settings allow
Show: Open to display options:
- Show All Since Last Year (Fiscal) will display all open and closed transactions in the current fiscal year
- Show All will display all open and closed transactions for the entire AR history
Show Credits will toggle the view to show credits (ie: payments) and then all linked debits (ie: invoices) beneath them
Expand All / Collapse All will display parent transactions then show all linked transactions underneath it
View History displays all records Applied (linked) to the transaction selected
View Transaction for transaction selected
View Invoice for the selected invoice transaction, if it originated from a Sales Order
Edit (User Settings permitting) allows you to make changes to the following fields:
